Padubidri, February 9, 2010 : Lovers, who had fled away to Mumbai six months ago, had entered into wedlock and appeared before Padubidri police station on Thursday.

Jeetesh Safaliga (23) and Shruthi Poojary (18) residing near Jarandaya daivastana, Palemar are the couple's who had fled away on August last year.

Shruthi who was studying in Vijaya College first grade, Mulki was in love with Jeetesh, driver in occupation. When this fact came to light, her studies were stopped and she was made to stay back at home. After a month when nobody was at home Shruthi informed Jeetesh and both left the house.

But in this connection Shruthi's brother registered a missing case and kidnapping case against Jeetesh. Jeetesh had obtained anticipatory bail in this connection. He along with the bail and wife appeared before the police station. Shruthi was produced before the court and as she is major court permitted her to go with her husband.
